About

Filmmaker, Photographer, Creator, Coach

Originally from Westchester, NY, Jess is a graduate from Emerson College with a degree concentrated in cinematography and photography. In the spring of 2018, Jess spent her time shooting and editing social media content for Mythical Entertainment; home of the popular YouTube variety show, "Good Mythical Morning", with Rhett and Link in Burbank, CA.
During her experience, she also contributed to their well-known podcast, "Earbiscuits". Some of the most viewed content she has camera operated, edited, and made gifs of has gained over three million watches and thousands of shares.

In the past, Jess won an award for Best Music Video at the Hendrick Hudson Film Festival, and worked with a non-profit film organization called Peers Partnership, whose work spread awareness about drug and alcohol abuse on local cable access channels across the country.
In the spring of 2018, a short coming-of-age film Jess shot, "Dog Days", was nominated for "Best Cinematic Achievement" at the Evvy awards in Boston, MA.

Over the past five years, she has spent her time on set working as a cinematographer, set stills photographer, assistant camera, gaffer, key grip, film loader and camera operator.
Some of her favorite memories include working at the Paramount Soundstage in Boston, Massachusetts, interning for Rule Boston Camera, shooting wedding photo & video with BKB&CO, working on NBC's original drama, "Blindspot", teaching cinematography classes at Jacob Burns Film Center, and camera operating the season two red carpet premiere of Marvelous Mrs. Maisel in NYC.
In her spare time, Jess has also enjoyed working as a Soccer Coach and Cross Country Coach for children ages three through twelve over at Hill House in Boston, MA before graduating from Emerson College.

Jess currently resides in Mahwah, NJ, where she works full-time for Chefman as their Videographer and Editor for all culinary product and recipe video shoots.
When she's not behind a camera, Jess can be found co-facilitating for the global movement, Secret Sunrise, which aims to spread joy and unite the world through dance and conscious collaboration. Between dancing, filming, and taking photos, Jess also loves making time for taste-testing teas, kickboxing, running outside, and smelling all of the products at Lush.
She hopes to continue to pursue her passions while also contributing to the community and making small, positive changes every day.
